The “Maso” is a typical South Tyrolean structure, i.e., a farm comprising a house, barn, and land. Maso Zambo is its evolution: a secret little place that combines the tranquility of the mountains with the luxury of a personalized experience with only two rooms, a private restaurant, and a private spa. It’s not just a hotel or a farmhouse stay; it’s a Personal Hotel.
The rural soul of Maso Zambo
Covering an area of 2.5 hectares (partly woodland, partly pasture), Maso Zambo is also a farm. In the spring of 2014, the first vegetable garden under the new management was planted: an invasion of trombetta zucchini and blueberries marked the beginning of that first year. Over time, the vegetable garden has grown significantly thanks to the construction of a greenhouse and terraces with reinforced soil. With the arrival of laying hens, ducks, geese, and bees, the farm has quickly taken shape.
Honey, juices, and jams to take away
Like any self-respecting farm, Maso Zambo offers its guests the best of its produce. Typical, natural products, true delicacies that the palate is rarely accustomed to. You will find wildflower honey, eggs from Leghorn hens, and homemade jams and preserves. All products are on sale in the restaurant’s pantry.
