General terms and conditions of purchase
There is no right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Reservations, whether made using a voucher or by direct purchase, are nominal and are neither refundable nor transferable.
The above notwithstanding, the following conditions shall apply:
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival shall incur no additional charge; the date of the stay will be rescheduled, subject to availability, for within 30 days after the cancellation.
- Cancellation of a reservation 14 to 7 days before the arrival date shall incur a penalty of 80% of the booked services if not transferred to a new stay within 30 days after the cancellation.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of the arrival date shall incur a penalty of 100% of the booked services.
In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the amount paid for the days booked and not used will be charged.
Payment of the agreed amount will be made by advance bank transfer.
