Everything you need to know for an even more enjoyable stay.

You can leave your car in the outdoor parking area.
The establishment will greet you and offers a luggage transport service. Guests can get to Maso by taking a short, easy walk through the forest (about 200 meters) or by using the shuttle service.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm onwards. Guests are kindly asked to сообщ comunicare their arrival time by completing the check-in procedure and to call +39 348 441 4370 once they have reached the parking area.
Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Guests are given keys to the farmhouse and their room upon arrival. These must be returned when you check out.
Breakfast, served as a buffet, is available from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Lunch and dinner are available by reservation only, from 12:30/1:00 pm and from 7:30/8:00 pm. If you have any special requirements, different times can be arranged.
You will be contacted prior to your stay to book your spa access and your chosen treatments.
In the spa and sauna, wearing swimwear is not permitted. Each guest will be provided with a bathrobe, a sauna towel, and a pair of slippers. (For more information on proper sauna etiquette, please refer to the “Sauna access rules”, also available in the spa changing room.).
The farmhouse is equipped with a stair lift to access the rooms if needed

One bathroom is available with dimensions suitable for a person with limited mobility and includes an accessible overflow shower.
Rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, and blackout curtains.
For total darkness in the room, blackout curtains must also be lowered in the bathrooms.
To help you enjoy reading in bed, the lights can be adjusted using the switch on the wall beside it. The mattress is covered with a rollofill topper for maximum comfort, while a natural corn pillow can be paired with another more suitable for sleeping.
No food is allowed in the room.
If you are staying for more than one night, we kindly ask you to vacate the room between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. if you would like your room to be cleaned daily.

Animals are not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited inside the farmhouse.

General conditions of purchase

There is no right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code. Reservations, whether made using a voucher or by direct purchase, are nominal and are neither refundable nor transferable.

The above notwithstanding, the following conditions shall apply:

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival shall incur no additional charge; the date of the stay will be rescheduled, subject to availability, for within 30 days after the cancellation.
Cancellation of a reservation 14 to 7 days before the arrival date shall incur a penalty of 80% of the booked services if not transferred to a new stay within 30 days after the cancellation.
Cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of the arrival date shall incur a penalty of 100% of the booked services.

In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the amount paid for the days booked and not used will be charged.

Payment of the full amount must be made in advance by bank transfer.
